It is with regret we have to inform you, our customers of an immediate product recall. Due to unforeseen circumstances a contamination was bought to our attention recently by the Foods Standards Agency (FSA). In accordance with their procedures we have notified our distribution chain and retail network. Again, it is with great regret this action must be taken, however, we strive to provide the best quality in both our confectionary and customer service and can assure you that all action is being taken to protect against such occurrences in the future.

In the event you have purchased any of the below mentioned product lines, we ask you to return whatever stock, or purchased amount, to either the factory (address found on contact page) or one of our retail outlets in Wednesbury, Dudley, Bewdley or Great Bridge. Upon reciept of the goods a replacement will be issued from a fresh production run and distributed to you as soon as possible.

Once again, we apologise for the inconvenience caused and can assure you that all possible action is being undertaken.

Product Recall Information Notice

Edward Gray of Dudley (aka Teddy Grays) recalls certain date codes of sweet products due to rodent infestation at the manufacturing premises.

Certain date codes of the following products are being recalled on a precautionary basis as the product may be subject to rodent infestation. Products being recalled are Gray's branded sweet products including rock and boiled sweets and chocolate products.

Please note, Gray's Herbal tablets in 6oz retail packs, 7lb wholesale bags or 20lb wholesale bags are NOT affected, as they are made in a different and unaffected part of the manufacturing premises.

The following products featuring best before dates of between 1st January 2014 up to and including 20th March 2014 are believed to be contaminated. In occurrence with the above mentioned, please return them to Edward Gray of Dudley at your earliest connivence.
